About our mission

Welcome to Love Knowledge studio

Lorna has been teaching yoga for over 15 years. She initially trained as a Kundalini Yoga teacher with the SKY school of yoga (200 hours) in 2008 and received her spiritual name of Jai Ram Kaur. She subsequently did speciality trainings in Pregnancy Yoga (100 hours), Perinatal Yoga (100 hours), Children’s Yoga (100 hours), Hormone Yoga (25 hours), Authentic Relationships (Level 2 KY), Mind and Meditation (Level 2 KY), Subtle Yoga (25 hours), Restorative Yoga (30 hours) Yoga for Addiction (25 hours).

She is currently doing a 200 hour training with Kundalini University led by Guru Singh (Los Angelus).
